Women In Jiu Jitsu Panel Two

On October 17th, 2025 we held our Women in Jiu Jitsu panel at Studio Contro! We had an incredible group of panelists including jiu jitsu instructors Ariun Khan, Alison Quinones, Jessica Rosario, Bridget Grace and of course my wonderful co-host Dani Dudek! It was a privilege to have each of these women talk about their accomplishments, their journeys from students to instructors and how jiu jitsu has impacted their lives in profound ways! Thank you to everyone who attended this panel and a special thanks to Studio Contro and Ashley Waters for letting us utilize their incredible space!
